This is an offer to enter into a contract. The ESHArio service is provided by its administration (“we”). The seller’s full details are provided on request at support@eshario.com and stated in the purchase confirmation email. By paying for a key you accept this offer in full. If something here does not suit you, do not pay and write to us.
1. Words used here
- Extension: ESHArio, an extension for Google Chrome that works inside EA’s official web app.
- Premium features: the extension’s features that paid access unlocks. The list is on the buy page and in the Chrome Web Store listing.
- Premium access: the right to use the premium features for the term. It is opened in an account we create for the email given at checkout, or by a licence key.
- Account: an email and a password. You sign in inside the extension itself, never on an EA page.
- Key: a string of characters you enter in the extension. The key is signed by us and verified on your computer.
- Term: 30, 90 or 365 days from the moment access is issued.
- You: the person who paid for the key. A key may be bought by an adult. For anyone under 18, a parent or another legal representative makes the purchase in their own name.
2. What we sell
A simple (non-exclusive) licence: the right to use the extension’s premium features for the term, on your own computers, for yourself. The extension is a tool: everything it does in EA’s web app happens at your instruction, in your name and on your account.
We do not sell game coins, EA accounts, cards or any other in-game items. ESHArio does not promise results in the game.
The set of premium features may change together with EA’s web app. The key gives access to the extension as a whole for its term, not to an unchanging list of features.
The extension itself is free; which features work without a key is set out in the terms of use.
3. How the contract is made
You choose a term on the buy page, enter a promo code if you have one, tick the consent boxes for immediate key delivery and pay on the payment partner’s page.
The contract is made the moment the payment goes through: paying means you accept the offer in full. Nothing needs to be signed: the contract in electronic form has the force of a written one.
Payment is taken by the payment partner in rubles; the payment methods are shown on the payment page. We never see or store your card details.
4. Prices and terms
- 1 month (30 days): 1,149 ₽.
- 3 months (90 days): 3,149 ₽.
- 12 months (365 days): 10,999 ₽.
Prices are in rubles. The price is fixed at the moment of payment; price changes do not affect keys already paid for. If your bank charges you in another currency, the bank sets the rate.
A promo code gives a discount off the price without a code. The size of the discount is shown when you enter the code on the buy page and on the payment page. One promo code per payment.
5. Access delivery and term
Right after payment we create an account for the email given at checkout and send a link to that address for you to set your password. The link works for 24 hours; a new one can be requested inside the extension with the “Forgot your password” button.
A licence key still works as a fallback: on your request, and while the payment page is not connected yet. It arrives by email at the same address and is entered in the extension.
Account emails: access issued, a sign-in from a new device, a password change. They carry no advertising.
The term is counted from the moment access is issued, not from the first sign-in.
There is no auto-renewal. Renewal is a new payment. Payment is one-off; there are no repeat charges. If the previous term is still running, its remainder is added to the new one.
If the extension did not work with EA’s web app for longer than a day after a version change of the web app, those days are added to the term.
6. What you may and may not do
You may: sign in and enter the key on your own computers, change computer and browser, use every premium feature during the term.
One account works on two devices at a time. Signing in on a third signs out the device that has been idle longest, and we tell you by email. Keep your password to yourself and do not pass it on.
You may not: transfer, sell or publish the key or give it to other people; modify the extension’s code or bypass the key check or the built-in limits; use the extension to sell coins, accounts or services to third parties.
If a key or an account password is published, handed to others or used by many people, we may terminate the paid access without a refund. We will tell you by email to the address given at checkout.
7. Risks
Risks connected with EA’s rules are described in the terms of use, section 5.
8. Refunds
When and how we refund is set out in the refund policy. It is part of this contract.
Before disputing a payment through a bank or a payment system, you contact support first: a refund under the refund policy is faster and simpler.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims connected with the key is limited to the amount paid for it; this does not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
We do not run the payment partner’s infrastructure and are not liable for its failures; this does not limit your rights to receive the key and to a refund.
If access does not work for reasons beyond our control, our obligations are suspended for that time; downtime longer than a day is compensated with days under clause 5.
Nothing in this document limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Data
What data the extension and the site process, why, and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
At checkout the payment partner processes your data under its own rules. From it we receive your email and the order details, so that we can issue access and answer questions.
11. Changes
We may change this offer. A new version is published on this page with a new date. Keys already paid for are governed by the version in force at the moment of payment.
This offer is published in Russian and English. In case of discrepancy the Russian text prevails.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under this contract to a company that continues to service the extension, notifying you by email to the address given at checkout and on this page. Your rights are not reduced by this.
12. Law and disputes
Write to support first: we will try to reach an agreement within 10 days. If that does not work, the dispute is resolved in court under the applicable law.
If any clause of this contract proves invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
