Frequent questions
The key does not work
Paste it whole, no spaces. Update the extension on chrome://extensions. Still stuck: write to us.
The key expired
A key lives 30, 90 or 365 days from issue. Renewal is a new key.
Lost the key
Write to support from the email you used at checkout. We reissue it.
New computer
Install the extension and enter the key again. It is in the email after payment.
Refund
The key fails through our fault, a payment went through twice, or you changed your mind within 14 days without activating the key. Details in the refund policy.
What is free
One-step sign-in, EA’s tax, the top bar with counters, keyboard navigation, the pop-up closer and search in EA lists.
Is it safe
ESHArio is a third-party tool. EA’s rules restrict such tools, and EA itself decides what measures to apply to accounts. Details in section 5 of the terms.
