These terms say how to use the ESHArio extension and the eshario.com website. By installing the extension or using the site you agree to them. The ESHArio service is provided by its administration (“we”). The seller’s full details are provided on request at support@eshario.com and stated in the purchase confirmation email.
1. What ESHArio is
An extension for Google Chrome that adds tools inside the official EA FUT Web App. It works only at the web app’s address and nowhere else. On other pages the extension does nothing.
ESHArio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS, EA SPORTS FC, Ultimate Team and FUT are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.; we name them only to identify the program the extension works with. Player data and game materials belong to EA Sports.
2. Free and by key
Six features work free, with no account and no key: one-step sign-in, EA’s tax calculator, our top bar with counters, keyboard navigation, closing EA’s announcement pop-ups and search in EA lists.
Every other feature is unlocked by paid access: the account we create for the email given at checkout, or a licence key. The terms of buying are in the public offer.
3. Rules of use
- Use the extension only with your own EA accounts and for yourself.
- Do not modify the extension’s code, and do not bypass the access check or the built-in limits.
- One account works on two devices at a time. Keep your account password to yourself and do not pass it on.
- Do not use the extension to trade coins, accounts or services for money.
- Do not pass yourself off as us, and do not use our name or mark without permission.
- You may use the extension from the age of 18 or with a parent’s consent.
- You use the extension and the site by your own decision.
4. How actions on the market and in challenges work
You start and stop every action on the market and in challenges, in your own name and through the web app’s own screens; the squad solver does not press submit on a challenge for you, and no setting removes the built-in ceilings on searches, purchases and submissions or the stop on a captcha.
5. Your EA account and EA’s terms
ESHArio is a third-party tool for EA’s web app. EA’s rules restrict third-party tools, and EA itself decides what measures to apply to accounts; we do not influence those decisions. The decision to use ESHArio on your account is yours.
6. Changes to EA’s web app
EA changes the web app every September and sometimes mid-season. After a change, some features may not work until we ship an update. How this affects a key’s term is set out in the offer.
The set of features may change together with EA’s web app: features are added, reworked and, where EA has made them impossible, removed. Chrome installs updates itself.
7. Your data
The extension keeps settings, filters, the club mirror and journals on your computer. It never sees your EA password. What goes to our server or into Chrome’s own cloud, and when, is set out in the privacy policy.
8. Rights to the extension and the site
The code, texts and design of the extension and the site belong to us. You get the right to use them, not the right to copy, modify or distribute them.
9. As is
The extension is provided as is. We work to make it run well, but we do not guarantee that it will run without errors or interruptions, and we do not guarantee results in the game.
This does not cancel the rights the law gives you, and it does not cancel the refund policy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims connected with the key is limited to the amount paid for it; this does not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be limited. To a user of the free features we are liable to the extent the law sets.
We are not liable for EA’s decisions or for the outcome of trades on EA’s market.
We do not run the payment partner’s infrastructure and are not liable for its failures; this does not limit your rights to receive the key and to a refund.
If third parties bring claims against us because you used the extension against these terms, you compensate our documented losses.
We are not liable for non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control: failures of the payment partner, hosting, the mail service, the fut.gg site, communication networks, and acts of authorities.
Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited by contract.
11. Ending
You may stop using the extension at any time: remove it on chrome://extensions. Chrome deletes its local data with it.
An account is deleted on request from the account email within 10 working days. Order records are kept as long as tax accounting requires.
We may terminate the paid access, both by key and by account, if the key or the password is published, handed to others, used against these terms, or the payment is disputed through a bank. We tell you by email.
12. Changes to these terms
A new version is published on this page with a new date.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a company that continues to service the extension, announcing it on this page. Your rights are not reduced by this.
13. Law and disputes
Write to support first: we will try to reach an agreement within 10 days. If that does not work, the dispute is resolved in court under the applicable law. In case of discrepancy between the Russian and English texts, the Russian text prevails. If any clause of these terms proves invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
