One ESHArio account runs premium on one computer and one phone at the same time. Here is a short guide: what counts as a computer, what happens when you open a second one, and how to get a second seat if you have two computers.
1. What counts as a computer
A computer is one PC or laptop. Several Chrome profiles on the same computer under one ESHArio account count as one computer.
A phone counts separately. The phone does not get in the way of the computer, and the computer does not get in the way of the phone.
A computer is busy while the FUT Web App is open on it. Close the tab, and a few minutes later the computer is free.
2. If you open a second computer
You open the Web App on a second computer while it is still open on the first. The second computer starts working, and premium on the first one is paused. Free features keep working on both.
The first computer shows a “Paused on this computer” window with a “Continue here” button. Press it, and premium works on the first computer again while the pause moves to the second.
The first switch within a day happens at once. If you switch back and forth often, the next switch is not available at once but 5 minutes after the previous one, then 20, 60 and 180 minutes. While the wait runs, the previous computer keeps working, and the window shows how long is left. The day is counted from each switch, and old switches drop out of the count by themselves.
3. If you simply changed computers
You do not need to do anything. Close the Web App at home and open it on another computer, and premium works there. Even if the first computer is still on, the first switch within a day happens at once.
On a new computer, sign in to the extension once, as usual.
4. If you have two computers
Play on two of your own computers at the same time? Write to us at support@eshario.com or on Telegram from your account email and say you have two computers. We will give the account a second seat, and there will be no pause between those computers.
5. Why this rule
Premium is personal: one account for one person. The one computer rule keeps the price the same and fair for everyone.
6. What the server sees for this
Only a device mark, an irreversible fingerprint of the computer and the times when the open Web App reports that it is running. The traits of the computer themselves never leave it. Details in the privacy policy.
